During the course with your personal trainer, you will be tested at least three times. This ensures that there is focus on your goals, as well as making visible the effect of your training. The tests are carried out at the beginning, during and at the end of the course.

Should you be prevented from attending a time with your personal trainer, you must cancel no later than 2 hours before the time starts, otherwise the full price for the hour will be paid.
