§1 Membership
A membership is personal and may not be used by others. In case of doubt, fitnessgl may require to see identification. Changes to personal data such as name, address, e-mail, telephone number, bank account must be notified to fitnessgl.
§2 Membership conditions
You can change your membership in the app yourself.
§3 Duration / Membership
The PBS agreement is a continuous membership that continues until it is terminated by one of the parties in accordance with §4. A cash membership cannot be canceled but ends automatically when the period paid for expires. Regardless of the reason, no full or partial refunds are given for prepaid cash memberships.
§4 Termination of membership
Cash membership cannot be interrupted during the agreed period. The notice period for PBS membership is current month + 1 month. The termination must be done in the app.
§5 Price changes
fitnessgl reserves the right to make price changes. These will be announced by posting in the centre, via Facebook and e-mail (to members who have provided an e-mail address) no later than 14 days before the price changes take effect.
§6 Vacancies
fitnessgl cannot guarantee vacancies on the established teams, as the teams are filled on a "first come, first served" basis.
§7 Cancellation
When canceling team training, this must be done via booking no later than 4 hours before the team's start time. Unsubscribing must be done at Space App Membership. In case of late cancellation or absence, it is not possible to get the canceled lesson refunded.
§8 Valuables
must be brought into the classroom itself, as fitness does not guarantee loss as a result of theft or property damage.
§9 Liability
All training is at your own risk. As a member of fitnessgl, you are responsible for being in a state of health that allows participation. fitnessgl does not take responsibility for damage resulting from an accident at the centre. Furthermore, Danish tort law is followed in this area.
§10 Illness
In case of illness, you can put your membership on Space App on hold for a maximum of 3 months. In connection with long-term illness, fitness gl may require to see a doctor's certificate in this connection. The preparation thereof is paid for by the member.
§11 Suspension
PBS memberships can only be suspended for a maximum of 3 months against a fee of DKK 50.
§12 Team tender
fitnessgl has the right to continuously change the range of teams. The number of teams depends on the number of members.
§13 Receipt
Members can get the receipt themselves on their payment history app.
§14 Criteria for subscription functions
Before a debit via payment card can occur, the card information must match the same with PBS' card database. The payment card must be active and it must be possible to complete a transaction on the subscription. The payment card used for subscription withdrawals must be able to carry out transactions via the Internet.
§15 Updating card data
Card data can be updated by logging into the online booking and selecting "User profile" - "Approve payment card". By contacting fitnessgl, the card information can be renewed or deleted. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the card data at all times. If this is not observed, fitnessgl can deactivate / terminate the membership without notice.
§16 Private
fitnessgl are the only ones who have access to the member's information, and this is not passed on.
§17 Quarantine Misuse of membership card
If your membership card has expired, you do not have access to training in the centre. It is forbidden to let others into the center without a valid training card or an expired training card. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an immediate quarantine for a minimum of 6 months. Any misuse of the membership will also result in an immediate ban for at least 6 months.
§18 The old school
is only for early retirees and pensioners. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate quarantine for a minimum of 6 months.
§19 In the event of misuse of the membership, no refund of payment is granted.
